Rock sugar has long been used to balance and soften, never to overwhelm. In NX4, it gently rounds the texture and taste of the bird’s nest without masking its origin. We use it sparingly, as tradition intended. Not for sweetness, rather for harmony. A subtle counterpoint that allows the nest to remain present and unaltered.
